Ypsilanti, Michigan Dentistry: The New Doctors at Our Practice

Comprehensive Dentistry is growing! We are incredibly excited to welcome Dr. Kyle DiRenzo to our dental practice. Keep reading to learn more about Dr. DiRenzo’s background and what he will be doing here at Comprehensive Dentistry.

Before Joining Our Ypsilanti, Michigan Dentistry

Dr. DiRenzo grew up in Loudoun County, Virginia, and moved to the Great Lake State to attend the University of Michigan. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in materials science and engineering in 2013. He went on to attend the University of Pennsylvania, where he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). While pursuing his studies, Dr. DiRenzo participated in several research studies that analyzed the effects of lidocaine and articaine on neuronal cells. He recently completed his General Practice Residency at the University of Michigan.

DiRenzo’s Role at Comprehensive Dentistry

Dr. DiRenzo is a welcomed addition to our current dentist team, and will specialize in general dentistry. He will be conducting examinations for decay and gum disease, connecting with patients, and providing general dentistry services for our patients. He will also be educating our patients about choosing the right toothbrush, keeping up with your preventative care, and helping to teach the proper way to take care of your teeth.

Outside The Office

Dr. DiRenzo is an all-around family man! He is the proud father of twin daughters and loves spending time with his family. He and his wife enjoy making delicious homemade pasta and taking advantage of the glorious Michigan nature by camping and hiking with their family dog. Dr. DiRenzo is also a huge basketball fan, and enjoys cheering on the University of Michigan Wolverines!
